2.1 Site Navigation

The Site does not use analytics systems, tracking pixels or profiling cookies. No personal data relating to navigation (e.g. IP addresses, pages visited, session duration) is collected automatically.

2.2 Contact Form

Via the contact form, Users may voluntarily provide:

• ·email address
• ·company name (optional)
• ·message text

This data is used solely to respond to the request. Legal basis: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

2.3 Partner Programme Application

Through the Certified Partner Programme application form, the User provides data about their organisation and about the contact person:

• ·company name, website or professional profile, geographic areas and working languages
• ·name, role (optional), email address, phone (optional) of the contact person
• ·information on experience gained in AI, on the service areas of interest and on operational capacity
• ·any free-form notes provided voluntarily

This data is used solely to assess the application and for the resulting contacts. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), not consent: the application is itself the data subject's request to be assessed.

Alongside the data listed above, an identifier derived from the IP address through a non-reversible hash function is recorded, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Cookies

The Site uses technically necessary cookies and, with consent, loads resources from Google Fonts. For detailed information please consult our Cookie Policy.

4. Data Retention

Data provided via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable legal obligations. Data minimisation principles apply.

Data provided via the Partner Programme application form is retained for 24 months from submission, including where the outcome is negative, so that contact can be resumed with applications assessed positively but not immediately actionable. After that period it is deleted.

Virtualway S.r.l.:
