An Atelier project involves at least one isol Connect or isol Team licence. You do not need it beforehand: the licence is part of the project, and which one is right for you is among the first things you will decide together.

If you need a single, well-defined asset — an agent, a skill, a workflow — without rethinking your whole environment, isol Forge is the way: self-service catalogue, published prices, asynchronous delivery, no call. It is also the channel for isol Solo users, who cannot access Atelier.

A Certified Partner, the Virtualway team, or the two together: it depends on what works best for your case. You know before it starts — who enters your environment cannot be a surprise. Product bugs remain Virtualway's responsibility either way, free and without limits.
No, it is not an entry requirement: you can come with no licence at all. But an Atelier project involves at least one Connect or Team licence — the licence is part of the project, it does not precede it.
Not today: isol Atelier works on Connect or Team. If your need is specific, the right channel is isol Forge, which Solo users can access too — Discovery, building an agent or a skill, an on-demand lesson. If instead the environment needs rethinking, you move to Connect or Team and Atelier opens up.
If the project is delivered by a Certified Partner, the rates are theirs: they quote and the contract is with them. Virtualway neither sets nor publishes prices for Atelier services. The first conversation, where we frame the requirement, is always free.
It depends on complexity: a strategy consultation can be settled in a single call, a "Bespoke Environment" typically takes a few weeks across requirements gathering, build and delivery. A realistic estimate comes at the scoping stage, before any commitment.
